The UAE’s only online health and wellness magazine for men and women has partnered with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) to present the Livehealthy Festival 2020. The festival is running Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25 at Manarat al Saadiyat.
The Livehealthy Festival 2020 centers on every body and mind and takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, goals that are in alignment with the vision of ADPHC, which was launched last year under the Department of Health, for a healthier and happier Abu Dhabi.
The festival allows participants to dive deeper into health and wellness with ease, through education and providing deeper insights into the benefits of lifestyle changes with a focus on moderation.
Targeted at the whole family, the festival offers two full days of free programs and activities, led by leading health and wellness professionals from the UAE. The workshops, classes, panels and other events are tailor-made to boost the health, wellbeing and happiness of every individual who attends.
The Livehealthy Festival’s program aligns with the Seven Dimensions of Wellness, concentrating on fitness, health, mindfulness, community, productivity, environment and food. The individuals and families who attend can learn more about the mind, body and nutrition in a fun, encouraging and inclusive atmosphere.
Sessions and workouts will cater to varying ages and skill levels, ranging from kids’ yoga to the Vinyasa flow. There will also be meditation classes, expert panels and workshops covering a variety of activities and interests like understanding food sensitivities, mindfulness and meditation, ensuring visitors will be spoilt for choice by the multitude of activities.
