Livehealthy Festival 2021 begins on January 17 with a Week of Wellness, culminating on January 22 with a full day of back-to-back webinars and live online fitness and yoga sessions.
The 2021 edition of the Festival will focus on the theme of “Your Immunity,” emphasizing the need for a holistic approach to immunity through an emphasis on fitness, wellness and healthy habits. As with the previous Festival, the 2021 edition will introduce new trends in getting fit, staying healthy, and remaining mindful.
Livehealthy Festival 2021 will be held virtually via online webinars, online classes and interactive opportunities. All sessions are free.
From January 17 through January 21, a Week of Wellness will offer participants the opportunity to try out new and existing gyms and yoga studios for free or at discounted session prices. There will also be opportunities to dine on specially curated healthy menus at selected restaurants (subject to health authority approval).
Livehealthy Festival 2021 will bring together a wide range of professionals and experts from the fields of health, fitness, and mindfulness, including international experts. For example, come listen to a UK university expert in exercise physiology and a World Health Organization official on the importance of staying fit in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The program is divided into three areas:
- Fit and Healthy in Body: workouts & yoga
- Healthy in Mind: mindfulness, relationships, nature and healthy working. (Including the contribution pets make to our health!)
- Eating Toward Fitness and Health: cooking, microbiome and meal planning
