Shereen Zarroug, Author at Live Healthy

Shereen Zarroug was born and raised in Dubai and is a mom of three children. Inspired by her own birth experiences, she trained and certified as a birth and postnatal Doula, childbirth educator, hypnobirthing trainer and a lactation counsellor, to support expectant and new families in the UAE. She founded Belly Baby Mom, and through it offers various pregnancy and new parent events and classes, as well as a pregnancy & birth podcast, the only one of its kind in the region. Today, Shereen is mentoring new doulas in the UAE and is looking to expand her services to offer online classes and workshops.
