Lynette Tipper is founder of COCOON COACHING SOLUTIONS, a Master Coach, NLP Kids Practitioner, speaker and busy mum to two lively boys. Passionate about self-development and parenting, and with a background in HR, training and working within the UK charity sector, she established COCOON after taking a career break to raise her family.
