MEDITATE WITH MUSIC IN DUBAI – Kirtan Dubai will hold a special Kirtan at Karma Yoga center in Marina Plaza on Friday, September 21 from 6.30-9pm. This relaxing event, which involves chanting using ancient Sanskrit mantras, is donation-based.

SIGN UP FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF FIRST AID COURSE IN DUBAI – Lighthouse Arabia has begun offering Mental Health First Aid courses, which are designed to help those working in high-stress environments or who are supporting others who may be facing mental health difficulties. The 12-hour course runs Thursday, September 20 and Friday, September 21 from 9am-4.15pm.
